6T boiler bag dust collector product introduction:

The purpose of ash removal can be achieved by spraying once, so the ash removal cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of ash removal is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, so as to multiply the service life of filter bag and valve plate.
3. The maintenance and bag change can be carried out in separate rooms under the normal operation conditions of non-stop fan and system. The opening of the filter bag adopts elastic expanding ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.
4. Adopt the upper bag pumping method. After pulling out the skeleton when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the lower gray hopper of the box body and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operating conditions of changing the bag.
5, the box adopts air tightness design, good sealing, inspection door with excellent sealing material, air leakage rate is very low.
6, inlet and outlet layout is compact, airflow resistance is small.
7. The dust collector is equipped with heat preservation device to prevent the flue gas condensation at too low temperature.
